Usage data: projects, prompts, generated outputs, credits, billing history.

To deliver and improve the Service.
To process payments via our payment processor.
To send transactional emails (account, billing, support).
To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and secure the platform.

AI model providers

Prompts and source text are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating output. Do not submit confidential information unless you have the right to do so.

Storage & retention

Generated content and projects are stored in your account until you delete them. Backups may persist for a limited time after deletion.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (hosting, payments, AI providers, email).

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data from your account settings, or by emailing support@cinematicpen.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies help us improve the Service.

The Service is not directed to children under 16.
