Welcome to the Cinematic Pen AI Writing Studio (the “Service”), operated by 7TH SKY SOFTWARE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Cinematic Pen”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content.
  • No content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, or security controls.
  • No automated scraping or bulk re-distribution of generated outputs.

3. Your Content & Rights

You retain ownership of material you upload or paste. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit. You grant Cinematic Pen a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.

4. AI-Generated Output

Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other generations. You are responsible for review, editing, and any commercial use. See the AI Usage Disclaimer.

5. Credits & Subscriptions

Credits and subscriptions are governed by the plan you purchase. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless your plan states otherwise. One-time credit packs do not expire while your account is active.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund of any subscription fee or one-time credit pack purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. After the 14-day window has passed, refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law. See the full Refund Policy for details, or contact support@cinematicpen.com.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinematic Pen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
