This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Cinematic Pen AI Writing Studio (the "Service"), operated by 7TH SKY SOFTWARE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of any subscription fee or one-time credit pack purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. Refunds requested within this 14-day window are issued in full to the original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@cinematicpen.com with the email address used for the purchase and the order or transaction ID. You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day window has passed, refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law.
